Working method web sourcing: complete projects

1. Initial advice

Making contact with the right people and reaching consensus on objectives for the cooperation on the project.

2. Analysis

The specifying of the project and establishment of the necessary man hours and materials. A general analysis is done regarding feasibility of achieving and a rough idea of the time planning for the project. From this a price calculation is made or a list of items that need to be filled in further. In this respect it is clear whether we can deliver within your available budget.

3. Design

After your approval of the analysis a production plan of the system is set up, what it will become and if we can achieve this. From this there follows a detailed estimate of the costs and time. This is an interim phase, whereby you can stop the project with limited costs. You will receive access to all documentation produced.

4. Implementation

In this phase the system is written on the basis of the specifications. The development can occur without cost on one of our servers or on a server of your choice. You receive access to the application in both options, during the entire process, so that you can follow the development "live" from the beginning and can suggest improvements.

5. Test phase

The testing of modules, response times, links and effectiveness. The first end test is preferably done on our test server, because many of our customers have a shielded server that requires specific access rights. Also for instruction the use of the test server is a good working method so that your database will not become corrupted by the eventual production.

6. Transfer

We transfer the complete package to you and assist in the installation online. Supervision on site is also possible by arrangement.

7. Assistance and Support

We can offer you a “Service Level Agreement” in which helpdesk facilities and the upkeep of the test environment is organised. For whatever period and according to whatever terms and conditions we offer regarding support, trouble shooting and further development such as expansion and adjustments.
